After two decades producing some of television’s most famous character-driven unscripted shows, such as Jersey Shore, America’s Got Talent, Joe Millionaire, and Chrisley Knows Best, I learned the best stories aren’t about fame or the spectacle; they’re about why. Why people chase a dream. Why they risk it all. Why they keep going. My job is to connect with the people and create an environment where they trust me to reveal their true selves, and I follow the story through the show. And I love it!

I love this place, the people, the culture, the sense of possibility. Every day, I’m blown away by someone’s story. My favorite part of producing reality TV has always been getting to know people, discovering why they do what they do, and tracing the journey that got them there.
