Zach and Andy discuss leadership miscues relative to the development and production of Boeing's 737MAX aircraft. Boeing's 737MAX aircraft were involved in two crashes which led to loss of life and grounding of the aircraft by the FAA and other government authorities for 18 months. Recently, Boeing's Chief Technical Pilot for the 737MAX at the time of aircraft certification was indicted on six charges of fraud.
