He talks about managing the weight of the family name, building a distinctive culture and eventually taking the hot seat as Managing Director. I do a significant amount of coaching work with family businesses preparing the next generation to take over leadership in the coming years, and Brett articulates many of the unique characteristics and responsibilities of proving yourself as a member of the founding family.
