Suma is the author of the book Muslim mothers and their children’s schooling, and was a speaker at the Tapestry Education Conference: Reflecting on Parental Engagement. For her presentation, Suma spoke to three minority mums about their experience, and in this conversation Jules and Suma reflect on one of the mum’s narratives.
