The Tennessee Titans completed their last OTA of the year that will be open to the media. The most interesting moments of the day, however, came before practice began. It was a day of truth for the Titans as we got answers to some of the biggest offseason questions. First, Treylon Burks has gotten off to a slow start, we finally got a real reason why.
