Description

In this week’s episode we are going to talk all about Saco Maine. Saco has a very interesting history. Located in York County, Saco has a population of roughly 20,000. Saco is home to some really great attractions. If you want to go to the beach, Ferry Beach is fantastic. Also Funtown Splashtown USA is in Saco, which is one of the best amusement parks in Maine. Also for commuting Saco is fantastic, located 20 minutes from Portland, and with its own Downeaster stop you can easily get down to Boston.  Saco is a waterfront town with amazing beaches including Ferry Beach, Camp Ellis, and is bordered by Biddeford and Old Orchard Beach. There are fantastic neighborhoods in Saco, with cul de sacs, older neighborhoods with a ton of charm, and a very suburban layout all with reasonable price tags. If you are looking to get around there is a great public transportation system in Saco. Saco really is a fantastic place to live with so many things to do, and just a short ride to Portland. So check out Saco Maine, and remember if you Make Maine Your Home you don’t have to do it alone!
