The Minnesota Wild had a solid week, beating the Oilers in Edmonton, following up with a 5-2 convincing win in Seattle, and ultimately coughing up the lead twice to Carolina, in a week where Kirill Kaprizov would bring in the NHL's number one star. The Wild quickly signed major prospect Marat Khusnatdinov to a two year entry level contract, and he will suit up with Minnesota "Eventually".
