The Minnesota Wild had what you would call an okay week, escaping a tough three game stretch with half the points available. The alarming trend is for the second week in a row, the Wild showed very bad habits, and came out flat as a pancake in Dallas. The good signs included a very solid win at home vs the elite Blackhawks, surviving a furious peppering at the end, and holding on to a 2-1 win. The Wild managing to get a point in San Jose was a good thing, but blowing a 2-0 lead in 43 seconds was a bit damning. Joey is sure to get to another North Stars memory that again is related to something going on in the NHL today. Other encouraging signs include a couple of important prospects are showing signs of improvement in Iowa!
