Jeanne Smith is a Sr. Executive Coach and Coaching Culture Architect at Procore, a fast-growing tech company in Santa Barbara, CA. Jeanne is a Fellow at Harvard Medical School through the Institute of Coaching, in addition to having served as President of the International Coach Federation in Los Angeles. Jeanne is a Certified Co-Active Coach, as well as a certified Leadership Strengths Coach and Facilitator through The Marcus Buckingham Company, and she enjoys her mentorship for LGBT youth at LifeWorks in Los Angeles.
