Melissa Tan Li Hsia is a Malaysian model and television personality. Tan is known as being one of the contestants in the Asia's Next Top Model. She was working as a financial consultant before deciding to take a leap of faith to pursue full-time modelling.
It's hard to imagine that before, Melissa felt awkward about herself and was not comfortable in her own skin. It wasn't until she reached university that she realized that the moment she stopped caring about what others thought of her and started focusing on being herself, that was when she was able to gain her confidence.
