We had an incredible discussion with Valerie, a native of France who spent many years in Germany before immigrating to Canada in 2003. After a career in Business, she became a high school teacher with the OCDSB in 2008. Two years ago, she started adopting a zero waste lifestyle and identified a need for a grocery store that would be designed and conceived for zero waste shopping. The idea became a business plan, and the business plan became a reality!
