Mauricio Villacres is the Programs Assistant at the Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute (CHLI). Previous to his current role, he was hired remotely in July 2020 as Programs Fellow. Soon he will be relocating to Washington D.C. to work alongside the rest of the CHLI team in-person once COVID-19 restrictions allow.
Eric Di Monte is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Warner Music Group. With over 15 years of recruitment experience, Eric has worked in both the corporate and agency environments to attract talent, especially among the professional Latino community. Joining his current organization within the scope of the COVID-19 pandemic, he understands how recruitment affects both those looking for a job and the recruiter in a virtual landscape.
