In 2004, Bob Dow and Bobbi Jo Smith were living together in a party house in Mineral Wells, Texas. The nature of their relationship is as disputed as what happened on May 5th, 2004 when Bobbi Jo and her girlfriend Jennifer Jones went on the run. Sixteen years later, we have to ask, is the wrong person in prison.
