After a whirlwind career that saw him bounce around the OHL, the now-GOJHL, the Colonial League, and Europe, Matt McGuffin is mature enough to admit that his fondness for "off-ice activities" may have held him back on the ice. Except maybe for that one year in Muskegon...but you'll have to listen to the pod to hear the story. McGuffin is well-travelled as a player and then a scout, making friends along the way and collecting stories that he freely shares in this episode.
