Chase Parham and Steve Thomason welcome in Tom Alexander from Wonderbird Spirits. He takes us through the process of making gin in Mississippi, how the creation of gin differs from bourbon and what affects the taste and drinkability of gin. Also, he shows us how gin finished in other spirit barrels can create very delightful pours -- including a gin that rested in a bourbon barrel. We also taste the bourbon that came out of the same barrel.
