Chase Parham sits down with Hogan Gidley, an Ole Miss graduate who has spent his career in political media and political communications. He was the deputy press secretary during the Donald Trump Administration and also ran communications for Trump's 2020 campaign. He's been a political analyst in the media for years and has also worked on several other presidential campaigns.
Today's show isn't about political issues, though. We talk about Hogan's discipline with diet and exercise despite his hectic schedule and potential stress.
