Ben McDonald was a star pitcher for LSU, winning the Golden Spikes Award before the Orioles took him with the first pick in the 1989 MLB Draft. He made his debut less than a month later and pitched through 1997. Ben discusses his playing days, his time with the United States Olympic Team, his college memories of Ole Miss head coach Mike Bianco and much more including his take on college baseball as a sport in 2023. Ben is now a TV analyst with the Orioles and recounts how he got into broadcasting.
