On Feb. 13, 2017, 13-year-old Abigail Williams and 14-year-old Liberty German were killed while hiking on a nature trail in Delphi, Indiana. Nearly five years later, an update from Indiana State Police is bringing renewed hope to the victims' families and the Delphi community. WTHR Reporter Emily Longnecker shares the latest.
