Between 1919 and 1926, a serial killer known as "The Night Marauder" was that large in the Knoxville, Tenn., area. To this day, he remains unidentified, and until recently was largely forgotten. WBIR's Amelia Young shares how a local college professor is putting a spotlight back on the case.
