"We all have to find these avenues out--to get back in.... It could be guitar, it could be meditation, it could be writing, it could be writing lists...but it's a healthy coping mechanism.... Crossing your eyes is a way to physically almost loop back in because you're like, I'm here.  My eyes feel funny.  I'm present."
