Jacob Markstrom allowed a goal 13 seconds into the game by playing out of his crease and sliding into the neutral zone. It was an ugly game of goaltending on the Calgary Flames side. Jake Allen saved 45 of the Flames' shots. Tyler Toffoli, Nazem Kadri and Mikael Backlund had fantastic games. It was a more than winnable game but it was costly goaltending mistakes that prevented that.
