- Get a notebook, or use your phone, and write things out about yourself—write down your core values, your purpose, and what’s important to you
- Dare to dream… it doesn’t cost you anything at all
- Take little steps that get you closer to where you want to be and recognize that on that journey, you’ll refine your dream.
- If you believe that you are experiencing retaliation or racism in the workplace, document everything!
- Write the date, details, how you felt, save any paper trails or emails, and report to appropriate parties.
