Description

Sri B. N. S. Iyengar is the oldest living teacher of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. At the age of 97 he continues to teach yoga, pranayama, mudras and philosophy on a daily basis. Guruji B. N. S as we affectionately call him, has been my teacher for nearly 30 years and it was under his guidance that the entire Mysore Yoga Traditions project unfolded. This talk is about what he calls Patanjala Yoga. It is a consistent message and way of thinking which has been invaluable and touched the hearts of many students across the world.
