We Played...

• Euan talks about sci-fi horror game Observer, a game which is distinctly not Destiny 2
• Calum briefly expands on the evolution of Absolver and a small taste of Divinity Original Sin 2 before a deeper dive on the next show. Both of these games are also not Destiny 2
• Believe it or not, we both played a LOT of Destiny 2 and think it's pretty great.

In News...

• Blizzard are going to open their own esports arena in LA, to hold their own events for Overwatch, Hearthstone, Heroes of the Storm and World of Warcraft.
• Epic switched on PS4 and XBox One cross play by accident for Fortnite, and then promptly switched it off. Maybe it's not as difficult as people are claiming?
• The Switch will be the first console to both have Mario and the Doomslayer on it, when Doom and Wolfenstein 2 comes to it later this year.
• The director of Cowboy Bebop is making a short anime based in the world of Blade Runner. This has nothing to do with games, I'm just super excited about this.
