Dave Sherwin is a certified fitness nutrition coach and founder of dirobi.com. His passion is helping grown-ups navigate real-world health challenges and achieve their best health and wellness at any age. He is also the creator and host of The Dirobi Health Show which covers everything to do with health and wellness, including the latest in nutrition, exercise, supplements, and clinical studies.
Dave has used hard work, nutrition, supplementation, and science to obtain a high level of fitness in his own life. At the age of 47, he qualified for and competed in the triathlon Olympic Distance National Championships in Vermont, and finished in the top 25% of all competitors. He completed a Spartan Beast in four hours. At age 52 he set a personal best 405-pound dead-lift. He is also an avid golfer with a single-digit handicap. Since 2009, his company has helped over 100,000 people lose weight and he has gained tremendous insight into the challenges and joys of long-term weight loss.
