Welcome to this week’s show. We all know that if you are on this infertility journey with a partner then it can really take a toll on your relationship. So, with today being Valentine's Day, this week’s episode is focusing on couples workouts; as the saying goes, couples who train together stay together. Here are 5 ways you can work out effectively as a couple. 

  1. Make use of the time after the workout; turn it in to a date night.
  2. You must schedule the workout in to your week. Don’t just hope it will happen!
  3. Agree on the type of workout you are doing  before the session or make sure you are using a plan.
  4. Be present and patient with each other when you are doing the workout.
  5. Use the cool down to reconnect.
