- You need to make sure your body is ready to have the first round of IVF or ICSI or whatever it is you are doing
- Research shows that the maximum number of hours you want to be working out for fertility friendly training should be no more than four
How do you keep women motivated?
- Build a relationship with your trainer
- Accountability: to have someone who holds you accountable to what you have said you will do
Efficiency in 2023
- Make sure you eke out some time that you can dedicate to your exercise but also to yourself.
- Ultimately, your goal is to get pregnant. So there might be little adjustments you need to make in your life.
- You might have to be a little bit selfish. do something fun and enjoy your journey.
