At the core of our health journey isn't a quick fix, a fad diet, cutting calories, it's recognizing you are worthy. Too often we focus so much on the scale that we forget about how we genuinely view ourselves, whether or not we feel as though we are worthy to become healthy. Society has done a phenomenal job of showing us how we "should" look and a terrible job at striving for authentic and sustainable health.
