- Started on the traditional track, became sick and depressed

- Didn’t think she could have children-surprise!

- Being there for people who are suffering
- Celebrate people who are celebrating
- Serving with an organization
- Habits – at bedtime, 3 things that they are thankful for
- Books help them put themselves in other people’s shoes
- Being mindful of what we are consuming
- We want to become what we see
- See beauty, kindness, love
