As the regular season winds down – for both fantasy and the NFL – Travis and John are wondering aloud, why are NFL teams so hesitant to scrap their dead end season? A veteran quarterback struggles, while his young backup waits for an opportunity that may not come while the team’s playoff hopes are alive. The guys are handing out lectures like candy, also admonishing dynasty players who bail on their young receivers too early, and traders who overvalue draft picks and undervalue solid veterans.
