In part 3 this week we're discussing the recent news in the NBA with the league putting in new rules for resting players during national televised games. Essentially if a team decides to rest a player for a game on national tv, the league can fine the team up to $100K. So is this ok? Anthony and Kevin don't think so, but Alex argues the case for the league. What do you think?
