After nearly two decades with the Patriots and Bill Belichick, Brady made the surprising decision to move on. In doing so he has led the Bucs to a winning season and an appearance in the NFC Championship game. On the flip side Bill Belichick suffered his first losing season in quite awhile, and went through a failed QB experience with Cam Newton. But did Tom set himself up for success?
