• Be prepared for questions.
• Make sure someone (usually you!) is available to deal with issues.  
• Have an email prepared for anyone who purchases so they know what to expect after purchase. 

3) Part three: After the event

• Prepping for next year
• Be public with your thank you's
• Measure your sales
