Luba is Bryght's CEO and Founder, and she has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years with experience from retail, to National Cosmetics Manager of a Canadian beauty chain, owning 2 beauty salons in 2 countries, and now CEO & Founder of Bryght. In 2020 Luba was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer, and as soon as her oncologist said, “Your skin is going to burn, peel, blister, and hyperpigment... Make sure you use Vaseline” She knew that Bryght needed to create products that were specific for Cancer Patients and that are; safe, easy to use, all-natural, vegan, and scent-free for other cancer patients out there that wanted to feel normal. Luba immediately thought, "Heck, Bryght already specializes in hyperpigmentation for the most sensitive areas!" That’s when she knew she could really make a difference; this was her calling, this was her purpose.
