On today's episode we talk with Capt. Lionel James of Lion's Tale Adventures out of Destin, FL. He tells us about fly fishing for Amberjack & snapper on the nearshore reefs. It sounds like it is an awesome way to chase these fish that we usually target by dropping baits. Lionel likes to live chum them up to the surface where you can see them and cast to specific fish and add a sight fishing element to the fun. This presents a whole new challenge to fly anglers and I am a big fan of the idea, definitely on my short list of things to do on the water.
