Alex Rogers grew up in the Northeast California /Oregon area and has been in the cannabis industry for a few decades. He moved his family to Slovenia, where his wife is from, and founded the International Cannabis Business Conference, also known as ICBC. This B2B cannabis business conference has been running for about ten years and attracts people around the globe. He is now launching an extension of the conference with The Talman House, a private membership club for investors and businesses to network, have access to investors, and do business.
