Why are we doing this? Are we doing it for the accolades? Are we doing it for the money? Are we doing it to pay off debt, are we doing it because we need a community, or we want a group? You really have to identify that with people to build a winning team.

- Here's how I would start off a new person. I would say to them, I'm so excited to help you get started. In your first two weeks, I want you to think about, by simply four people, you're going to make $600 cash in your bank account, you can actually duplicate that and bring in $1200 in cash in your first two weeks by helping eight people. - I think it is so incredibly important to know the why, and to really connect with that, because everybody is so different. There are so many different types of personalities that are going to make up a winning team, and you want that. You want to have your reds, your greens, your blues, yellows, you want to have those different personality types because that is part of what makes a winning team. (9:44)
- Now you grab their hand, you say, follow the leader, let me show you the way. You walk them through it. They understand they have an opportunity to ask you questions, and then they go and do it on their own. And then guess what happens? They're going to teach their team to do it. (12:15)
- Celebrate the team and create community. This is so important, and I think this is the number one thing that I see quite often that people lack. They'll ask me, how did you build a team so fast, with so many thousands of people? How did you guys do that? What's all that fun stuff you guys are doing all the time? How are you able to do that? Here's the thing... (14:20)
- I want you to go old school, snail mail 5 people. I want you to choose five people on your team that you can just send an encouragement, a note. Not just through Facebook use. Facebook is great, celebrating people through Facebook is amazing or Instagram, but I want to see you writing out notes, five each week. It's people on your team, and commit to do that for a month, that means you'd reach 20 people on your team. ( 18:24)
