Yep we have all been there and be honest maybe even said…Why is no one working, why are they not going for the contest or XYZ, why are they not doing more?Well STOP
YEP Stop saying things like that.
YOu know what you focus on grows and I bet your momma told you growing up to focus on yourself not others.Today we will share how to do that. Because we get it you are a leader you do have teammate that are saying they want to hit XYZ or achieve XYZ and that is frustrating, and yes know that you have to have them hit certain goals in order to hit your goals…but there is a way to help your team along and not pull them along.It is called LEADING the charge, leading from the front, being the leader, whatever you want to call it.Lead your pack by doing these simple things
Show them you are leading the pack…incentive out? earn it , promo out? do it, leaderboard be on it, daily action show them what you are doing….How?
You can win all contests or just show them you earned it or are going for it at least.
I always go live on our team page when we have a company promo, I break it down, share how I am going to do it, I tell them if any wording/messages work I will share in the group under that video, I share the emails and message I use. That way they know I am going for it. I share when I plan to earn it by, when I earn it I make sure to ask an upline leader to shout me out so my team sees is.During non promo times I like to show what is working for me. I got a new customer, hop on team page or thread and share or host a quick zoom to share the wording you used, the approach.
WhY? Because the best copy cat wins! They just need to know how…and wouldn’t you rather follow the leader who is actually doing things over the one who just likes to train all the time?Host a working zoom once a week especially during summer even if no one shows up you record it. You are showing what you do, breaking it down, and then getting them to watch recording. Maybe offer an incentive for those who join you2. Lead your pack by sharing what you are doing for morning routine and personal development.3. Lead your pack by making sure you know their WHY….
Why are they trying to hit a goal or a rank?
Then share with them that you are asking their permission to remind them of this. How do you they want you to do that?
Then you can share how you are held accountable? How are you?4. Lead your pack by making sure to always be on corporate things if you can . Our company holds zoom saturday trainings lately once a month and conference once a year and then 3 times a year a trip we can earn. I always earn the trip but cant always go on them. But i show them that I try, I ALWAYS go to conference and I try to be on the trainings. During company trainings you can host a watch party at your house, on a zoom, etc have fun prizes etc.5. Be on trainings and host trainings. That is right if your team is nto huge yet and you depend on your upline to host a weekly call or zoom then make sure you are on it. Offer a fun incentive like a free pack of product or a book to 1 random winner for being on with you. Then maybe host once a month as the leader a fun zoom before the team one, have a game or have someone share how they achieved XYZ6. Shout out those on your team who are having success in any area, Meslisa did 7 days of reels, Suzanne is #2 on your team, etc.
Taking time to use positive reinformcemt will show them how to lead their teams too.Do you ahve any other ides for this?
