I'm going to ask you a serious question, a really serious question. What is your most proud moment that you were highlighted for being a leader?
(3:20) Totally. And you guys, if you haven't listened to our podcast about anagrams, I don't think I said that. Right. But, and he agreed was, I don't know, anyways, it's a great podcast. I forgot the episode, Denver, but you need to go back and listen to it because it's ironic that that's what Kelly picked as her proudest moment as a leader, because it fits with her Enneagram number. And my definitely fits with mine. Like I love to, to be showered with like, yes, you hit this rank. Yes. You hit that goal. Like that is very much what I like. And it's usually a financial goal for me because that's what motivates me and pushes me. And for Kelly, it is a hundred percent praise. So it's not ironic at all, but that's what you picked.
(6:11) If you're not showing up for those daily things, if you're not showing up building your own mindset, then you have to start there. You have to start with leading yourself. You cannot lead a team if you're not leading yourself. So how are, what are some things that you can go and do like to become a better leader yourself? Really, truly building yourself, confidence, building yourself, confidence, going live, building yourself, confidence, and talking to people, building yourself confidence and knowing your brand, your opportunity, your service, whatever it is that you are representing, how much time and effort are you doing that? What about your ambition?
(13:26) Do you have a weekly call, a weekly zoom? Do you have some sort of leadership thing that they are doing? You can go and you can Edify them and say, you're so great at closing. You're so great at making connections. You're so great at going live on social media. Will you share, will you teach others how to do that? You're edifying them. You're putting them in a spot to be highlighted and yes, they may be nervous. And yes, they may say, Oh, I don't want to do that. But you are giving them the confidence and helping them push them out of their comfort zone. After you do that once or twice, they gain that confidence and they will pass that down and do it to them. They may not really understand what you're doing at the moment, but you're really developing them.
