1. Make sure you plant the seed early on… Don’t judge someone base don what you think they may want.        Let them decide. Open the door and paint the picture… yes this is when they are becoming a customer.

2. Their personal experience as your customers, make sure it was Excellent. Nordstrom Example – having someone go out of their way to make sure they have a great experience.

3. Lead by example. If you want to be a team leader, you want to attract hard workers you have to be there to set the pace. This will not only motivate your tam, but it will grow their belief

4. Interview that happy customer then show them the comments by their friends, ask them how they would like to move forward getting info to these people. Make sure to listen to hear our exact verbiage.

5. Ride shot gun with them. When you enroll or sponsor a new team member, don’t just put them in an automation or leave them to their own training. Hold their hand…. Make sure they know you are there for them and will help them. In our Network Marketing accelerator course, we teach this on the 30 days to CEO!!

6. Get to know their pain points. Do they need a community? You have that. Do they need extra $$? You have a way they can do that. Do they need a purpose? This can give them that.
