Now add in our pandemic this last year and even more guilt and more things being added to our list…now some things have slowed down but I don't know about you all they are Ramping up again here! Sports, school activities, etc.
How do we do it all and still have a successful business?
Today we are going to map this out! We will give you ideas but before that lets talk about mom guilt and the physiology of how we feel.
How do we let go of those unwanted feelings?
First lets start by journaling what we are feeling.
Now these questions you will want to write down:
That is right:
write down how you are feeling: anxious, frustrated, hurt, sad, annoyed, etc.
Next WHY Do you feel that way?
Is there any responsibilities that are on your list that can be shared?
Are there anything on that list that do not take your gifts and talents and can be given to a child for a chore or a mommy helper to pay or a paid person?
Is there anything on your list that does not serve your family or goals?
Once you are completed if you are married share with your spouse and brainstorm together solutions.
Now
2. Now what do you want to achieve for your business? Have you spoken that to your family ? Do they know?
What do you want to achieve as a mom or wife? Does your family know?
How can everyone be involved?
Now write this down:
What guilt do I need to let go of?
What are my values and my family values?
How can I use what I wrote earlier to achieve the goals I have set?
now that you are clear on all of this. Re-evaluate every quarter.
Set up your quarter based on all of this:
Goals how do I need to put in my calendar to show up and do what needs to be done to achieve my work goals?
Health goals? Family Goals?
