Rachel is one of our OG clients! She signed up for 1:1 coaching NOT to get her period back, but to KEEP her period. She knew that she needed guidance and accountability to overcome old habits and ingrained thoughts that were holding her back! One of her biggest struggles to overcome, was the reality that she needed to eat past the "recommended 2,500 calories".

Getting your period back is great... but consistently ovulating is what leads to improved health for women with hypothalamic amenorrhea!
