Natalie is the Founder of The CONNECT Network, LLC. A Texas based Community designed to inspire, influence, and network with women in business and female entrepreneurs. Her background and passion for television inspired,
“The CONNECT Network TV ®”, a platform created to bring the vision of The CONNECT community to life by giving women the opportunity to showcase their businesses, increase brand awareness and enhance their confidence. The CONNECT was built on three principles: God first, Family second, and Empire third.
From 2006-2010, Natalie served as a news writer, producer, and Morning News Anchor for ABC & FOX affiliate news stations in Florida & Texas - covering some of the biggest stories across the Nation.
In 2011 she married, became a Stay-at-Home wife & began making a family. With no experience in sales, Natalie started a career with Mary Kay Cosmetics in 2015. She quickly became a record breaking Pink Cadillac Driving Senior Sales Director - having led more than 500 women in starting their own Direct Sales businesses. It was through this journey she decided to expand her leadership and work with women in business of all fields.
Natalie has a background in Broadcast Journalism earning her B.A. from Howard University in Washington, DC in 2004, and a Masters Degree in Electronic Media from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida in 2007. She lives in Midland, Texas with her husband and their three children. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
