• What is a reasonable amount for covering expenses? Since every business is different, we discussed this specific item in terms of time instead of money. 
• Is the same to work with residential regarding admin processes? NO!! There are multiple admin processes that are required in order to get paid.
• What is a COI and why is it so important?
• It is not all about struggles even when the title of this episode implies it so. There are several benefits from working with this industry. 
• What’s the reality when you ask for a loan before year three on business?
