The Pittsburgh Steelers have lost two consecutive games headed into their Week 15 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday Night Football.

Ike Taylor and Mark Bergin discuss how the Steelers need to get healthy as they prepare for the postseason push.

It's no secret the Steelers have struggled to run the ball in the last several weeks.

Taylor believes the Steelers need to find a successor to quarterback Ben Roethlisberger in the upcoming offseason.

Looking at the other AFC North teams, Bergin thinks Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield is more likely to have long-term success compared to Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson.
