Quick Tip Of The Week: To keep track of how long leftovers have been in my fridge, or of when I opened that jar of salsa, I write the date on the container using a Sharpie marker. I attach the sharpie marker to my fridge using industrial strength Velcro, but a magnet would also work. In this way, the sharpie is always right there when I want to write a date on something I've opened.
Deeper Time Management Thought: When you've gone through big changes, what other things have been affected? For me, when I had kids, I stopped gardening. That told me that gardening probably wasn't a high priority for me. What other things change and how do we use that information to help us figure out what matters to us?
