Last week we talked about how small changes can have a big impact on our time. But, how do we continue to streamline without burning out? What can we do for ourselves so that the changes we make bring more joy to our lives?
Our community guest this week is Andrea Jones, social media strategist and owner of OnlineDrea.com. We talk about systems and how she uses them for work and whether they apply to her cooking. We also talk a lot about lentil curry!
The meal plan for this week features five meals that involve cooking ingredients whole, which eliminates a lot of the prep. Subscribe at COOKtheSTORY to get the meal plan, recipe links, and printable grocery lists sent your way.
Have a great day! xo

Quick Tip of the Week: Don't spend time chopping ingredients. Instead, get things into the oven whole, and therefore as quickly as possible. For example, I like to use recipes that require cooking whole chicken pieces (like breasts and thighs) instead of cubing them, or whole baked potatoes instead of chopped up hash browns.
Deeper Time Management Thought: Caring for ourselves is easy to overlook when we're busy and looking for ways to streamline. Bringing beauty to our chores is one way to make them more enjoyable so that we don't burn out. In this episode I share ideas for making chores prettier.
