Description

Bob Kendrick remembers the life of a dear friend of the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum, the late Maury Wills. Then author Ralph Wimbish Jr. joins the show to discuss the underappreciated career of a former Kansas City Monarch, the first Black Yankee, the first Black American League MVP, the first Black American League coach, and a man who SHOULD be in the National Baseball Hall of Fame - the great Elston Howard.
