Former Florida State Representative Mike Hill, who is black, argues that Black History Month has become a month of "grievances" and has become counterproductive to the goals of teaching black history, uplifting people, and being a source of unity in America.
He also argues that the observance has become weaponized politically by the Left in America.
Hill is now part of the Project 21, America's largest network of black conservatives.
