Description

Pacific Legal Foundation attorney Caleb Trotter explains why they are suing the State of New Jersey over telehealth laws. Now that most COVID-era regulations and exceptions to some regulations have expired, conversations between doctors and patients via telehealth could be considered illegal in some areas. That's because the patient and doctor might be in different states at the time of the conversation, opening up doctors to accusations of practicing medicine without a license in the state the patient is in at the time of the call or video conference.
